Driver Rescued After Rollover Crash In Hudson Valley During Storm Amid a wintry Nor'easter, first responders were tasked with rescuing a driver who became trapped in their vehicle as the result of a rollover at a Hudson Valley intersection.  The rollover happened in Putnam County on Sunday, Jan. 7 around 7:30 a.m., when a vehicle overturned on its side in Carmel at the intersection of Hill and Dale Road (Route 44) and Fair Street (Route 60), according to the Carmel Fire Department.  Arriving first responders soon found that the driver was trapped inside the vehicle and worked to extricate them.
