Duo Nabbed After Stealing From Jefferson Valley Mall, Fleeing: Police A man and woman both face charges after stealing merchandise from a shopping mall in Northern Westchester and fleeing, police said. The arrests resulted from an incident on Monday, Oct. 23 just after 5:30 p.m., when Yorktown Police responded to Dick's Sporting Goods at the Jefferson Valley Mall at 650 Lee Blvd. for a reported larceny. 17-Year-Old Killed In CT Shooting: Suspect At Large, Police Say Authorities are searching for the suspect of a shooting in Connecticut that left a 17-year-old dead and another man injured. The incident happened in New London County on Wednesday, Oct. 18 just before 8 p.m., when Norwich Police responded to the area of Cedar Street to investigate a reported disturbance.
