Ramp Closure: Route 9A, Taconic State Parkway To Be Affected In Mount Pleasant A ramp in Northern Westchester will soon be impacted by a planned closure.  The ramp between Route 9A/100 to the southbound Taconic State Parkway in Mount Pleasant is planned to close on Saturday, Aug. 12, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.  The closure will last between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. and is planned to allow for guide rail repairs.  Commuters should use the posted detours as an alternate route, officials said.
