Murder-Suicide: Victim, 28, Moved To US To Chase Her Dreams, Friends Say Kethlen Paula Alves Tavares Trindade Rocha, a 28-year-old woman gunned down by her ex-boyfriend in a murder-suicide in Marlborough, came to the United States to find a better life, her friends said in a fundraiser. Kethlen was shot and killed Wednesday morning, Nov. 29, by her ex-boyfriend, Marlon Moreira Costa, 29, at her home on Rice Street, the Middlesex District Attorney said. Teen, 16, Dies In Dirt Bike Crash In Springfield A 16-year-old boy was killed Wednesday night, Nov. 29, after they crashed their dirt bike in Springfield. The crash happened around 8:15 p.m. in the 300 block of Plumtree Road when the rider hit a curb and a Department of Public Works sign, Springfield police said. Paramedics rushed him to Baystate Medical Center, where he died of his injuries, police said. The teen's name was not released because of his age. Springfield police are investigating the crash.

$1M Lottery Jackpot: Mass Man Not Sure How To Spend His Massive Windfall While a lot of lottery players know exactly what they would do if they won the jackpot, a Massachusetts man still isn't quite sure how he'll spend his newfound cash. James Seavor, of Swansea, won $1 million playing the “Diamonds and Dollars” $5 scratch-off game. Armed Bank Robber Knocks Over Western Mass Branch: Police Police in Berkshire County are asking for the public's help to track down a man who robbed an NBT Bank in Pittsfield Wednesday evening, Nov. 29, authorities said. The robber entered the bank at 609 Merrill Road just before closing at 5 p.m. with a firearm, police said. He demanded cash and bolted when tellers complied with his demands. Investigators are not sure which direction he went after leaving. No one was injured. Police ask anyone with information or saw anything suspicious in that area at that time to contact investigators at 413-448-9700 x554.

Teen Missing, Springfield Police Asking For Help Finding Her Springfield police have asked for the public's help to find a 15-year-old who has been missing for several days. Jaidalis Zayas ran away from home early Friday morning, Nov. 24. She is described as five feet, five inches tall and weighing 120 pounds. She may be in the Federal Street area or she could be attempting to secure passage to Florida.
