Man Charged With Central Mass Murder From 2013: DA A 42-year-old Fitchburg man has been charged in the shooting death of Shaun Hibbard in 2013.  John Yang was arraigned on a murder charge on Tuesday, Sept. 12, and he is being held without bail, the Worcester County District Attorney's Office said. He'll return to court on Oct. 18.  Hibbard, who was 33 years old when he was killed, was shot just after 4 a.m. on Aug. 3, 2013, on 46 Forest Street. (Update) Missing Hopkinton Man Feared In Danger Found Safe In Woods Update: Massachusetts State Police announced on Tuesday, Sept. 12, that searchers found 84-year-old Jim Noon safe and alert. Noon suffers from dementia and wandered away from his assisted living community on Sunday.  Searchers found Noon lying in a wooded area near Icehouse Pond in the Berry Acres Conservation area off West Main Street in Hopkinton, state police said.
