Two men face up to 12 years in prison after pleading guilty to attempted murder in a brutal Hudson Valley home invasion.
Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Walsh announced on Thursday, March 3, the guilty plea of two Brooklyn men to attempted murder and endangering the welfare of a child stemming from a home invasion in Garnerville.
On the morning of Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2021, Dwayne Holmes, age 39, and Keinone Wilson, age 36, entered an apartment on Hasbrouck Drive in Garnerville while two minor children were in the home, the DA's Office said.

Woman Nabbed For Assaulting Juvenile On I-95 In Bridgeport
A Fairfield County woman has been charged for allegedly beating a juvenile in the head and face on I-95 after cutting her off at an exit.
Allyah Beeman, age 27, of Bridgeport, was arrested on Wednesday, March 2, for the incident which took place on Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021, at the I-95 exit in Bridgeport.
The incident began when a juvenile was driving on I-95 in the right lane and had her turning signal on to exit, said the Connecticut State Police.

Missing Hudson Valley Woman Found
Update:
A woman who has gone missing in the area has been found.
Dutchess County resident Jacqueline D. Pirir-Tec, of Dover, was reported missing by her family on Friday, Feb. 25, state police said.
On Thursday night, March 3, state police announced that she has been located "in good health and returned safely to her family."
