Deadly House Fire Under Investigation In Berks County One person was killed in a house fire in Tulpehocken Township late Tuesday night, Dec. 12, state police have announced.  Firefighters were called to a blaze with entrapment at a one-story home on the 100 block of Deck Road around 11:30 p.m., troopers said in a release.  A second alarm was requested and firefighters made their way inside, where they found a victim unresponsive on the first floor, authorities said. Driver Killed In Head-On Collision In North Philadelphia, Police Say One person is dead after two cars collided on a North Philadelphia street on Tuesday, Dec. 12, authorities told Daily Voice.  A 55-year-old man was going south on the 5000 block of Belfield Avenue around noon when his car struck an oncoming driver head-on, police said.  The 55-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene by first responders, according to officials. Police said the other driver was taken to Jefferson Einstein Hospital but their condition was unclear.  Authorities did not name the fatally injured victim.

Bucks Man Dies From Injuries One Month After Car Wreck: Coroner A Buckingham Township man who was hurt in a Bristol car accident last month has died from his injuries, according to officials.  Peter J. Drugatz was driving on the 3200 block of Edgley Road when he veered into oncoming traffic and hit two cars on Nov. 6, said the Lehigh County Coroner's Office.  The 70-year-old died from blunt force injuries to the abdomen on Sunday, Dec. 10 at a rehabilitation facility, the coroner said. His manner of death was ruled accidental.  Bristol Township police are also investigating the crash, the coroner added.
