Troopers Name Passenger Killed In Chester County Wreck Officials have named the Chester County woman who was fatally injured in a crash on Saturday afternoon, Dec. 2.  Sandra L. Pedestrian Struck Dead In Lehigh County: Coroner A pedestrian succumbed to his injuries Monday night, Dec. 4 after he was struck by a car in Upper Macungie, said the Lehigh County Coroner's Office. Sixty-nine-year-old Bruce C.
