Suspected Heroin Overdose At Motel 6 Leads To Accused PA Drug Dealer A call about a possible drug overdose at a King of Prussia motel ended in one arrest earlier this month, according to Upper Merion police.  Authorities were dispatched to the Motel 6 on W. Illinois Peeping Tom Peered Into Bucks County Homes, Police Say Authorities in Upper Southampton say they have arrested the man who was peering into area homes early this month.  Sergei Dvoriannikov, 41, of Vernon Hills, Illinois, is charged with two counts of loitering and prowling, both misdemeanors, according to township police.  Investigators said previously that a peeping Tom was spotted on Cushmore Road and recorded by a resident's home security system.  CRIMEWATCH Court records show Dvoriannikov is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on Jan. 4, 2024.
