Man Exposed Himself At Chester County Park, Police Say Authorities are searching for the man who they said exposed himself at East Goshen Township Park last week.  Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police said they were called about a "male subject in the park exposing his genitals" around 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31.  Responding officers identified the man as 68-year-old Kim David Maguire of Newtown Square, the department said.  He is charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct, and a warrant for his arrest has been issued, police added.  Any witnesses are asked to call Det. Year After Brother Dies, Whitehall Man Killed In Motorcycle Crash: Coroner A Lehigh Valley motorcyclist has died from his wounds nearly two weeks after striking a guardrail in Allen Township, according to officials.  Brandon L. Schneck lost control of his bike on Kreidersville Road and hit a guardrail on Oct. 21, the Lehigh County Coroner's Office said.  He passed from multiple blunt force injuries sustained in the accident on Wednesday night, Nov. 1, authorities said.
