Dorney Park Operator Cedar Fair To Merge With Six Flags Cedar Fair, the owner of Allentown's Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom amusement park, will merge with Six Flags, company leaders announced Thursday, Nov. 2. The combined company will operate 42 parks and nine resorts across 17 states as well as Canada and Mexico and is valued at around $8 billion, according to management. Authorities say Joanne Williams was 22 years old the last time she was seen on December 7, 1978.
