Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Man, Woman Both Ejected After Vehicle Overturns In Hudson Valley A man and woman were both ejected in a single-vehicle crash in the Hudson Valley, authorities said. It happened around 1:45 a.m. Saturday, April 15 in Putnam County on I-84 in the town of Southeast. A preliminary investigation determined that the driver, Yorman Hernandez-Alcala, age 29, of Bristol, Connecticut, was traveling eastbound in the right lane when the vehicle in the left lane failed to stay in the lane, causing him to lose control, New York State Police said. Tractor-Trailer Strikes Bridge On Hutch In Scarsdale, Causing Gridlock A lane of a roadway in the region is closed after a tractor-trailer struck a bridge, causing lengthy delays. The incident happened in Westchester County on the northbound side of the Hutchinson River Parkway at Weaver Street in Scarsdale just before 7 p.m. Monday, April 17, Westchester County Police said.
