Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

21-Year-Old Suffers Severe Injuries After Being Hit By Van In Baldwin A 21-year-old suffered severe injuries after being struck by a vehicle on a busy Long Island roadway. The incident happened around 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 9 in Baldwin. ID Released For 16-Year-Old Seaford Girl Killed In Old Brookville Crash The identity has been released for a teenage girl who was killed in a single-vehicle crash near a Long Island intersection in which three boys were hospitalized. It happened around 3:35 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 8 in Old Brookville. A 2008 Nissan was traveling westbound on Chicken Valley Road when the 16-year-old female operator lost control of the vehicle and struck a tree near the intersection of Brookville Lane, Nassau County Police said.  The operator of the vehicle, now identified as Angelia Dominguez, of Seaford, was pronounced dead at the scene by a Nassau County Police …
