Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Long Island Man Drove Drunk With Two Children In Pickup Truck, Police Say A Long Island man is facing a host of charges after police say he drove drunk with two children in the vehicle. Long Island Man, 29, Accused Of Exposing Himself To 64-Year-Old Woman A man has been accused of exposing himself from his vehicle to a woman waiting at a Long Island bus stop. The incident allegedly happened in New Cassel on Friday, Nov. 27 at around 1:30 p.m. Nestor Osorio Gonzalez, age 29, drove up to the 64-year-old woman, who was sitting at the bus stop on Prospect Avenue near New York Avenue, Nassau County Police said. 21-Year-Old Killed, Teen Injured In Shooting At Long Island Park One person was killed and another injured in a shooting at a Long Island park. It happened in Freeport at Martin Luther King Jr. Park on Stevens Street on Saturday, Nov. 28 at around 4:30 p.m. Upon police arrival, officers observed two men, 21 and 19 years of age, who were the victims of gunshot wounds. Covid-19: Here's Latest Rundown Of Long Island Cases By County; Five-Day Positive Testing Trend Long Island's positive rate for COVID-19 testing has remained relatively steady the last five days, according to data released by New York State on Saturday, Nov. 28. The positive testing rate in all focus areas under the state's Micro-Cluster strategy is 5.65 percent, and outside the focus zone areas is 3.45 percent.
