Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

The incident occurred on the southbound side and includes a fuel spill, and was reported at 5:20 p.m. at Exit 14A (southbound Garden State Parkway connector), with stopped traffic at the scene and the right lane blocked and stop-and-go delays to the Spring Valley tolls. St. Patrick's Day Parade Draws Thousands In Yonkers YONKERS, N.Y. -- McLean Avenue in Yonkers became a sea of green Saturday afternoon as thousands turned out for the 62nd Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade.Archbishop of the New York Archdiocese Cardinal Timothy Dolan served as the parade's grand marshal. Pair Of Taconic State Parkway Crashes Snarl Evening Commute This story has been updated. A pair of crashes led to gridlock on the northbound Taconic State Parkway during the Friday evening commute. A crash involving an overturned vehicle initially resulted in the closure of a stretch of parkway at around 4:20 p.m. between Route 100/Route 133 and Pinesbridge Road in Millwood. The vehicle landed on its roof following the crash. There has been no report on any possible injuries. Farther north, another crash, also northbound, initially took out the left lane at Hortontown Hill Road in Hopewell Junction. Backups were reported to Route 301.
