Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Artie Karpf, the longtime manager at the club, was discovered in the water near his houseboat by one of his sons around 2 p.m. as family and friends were at a restaurant for a belated 83rd birthday party, News 12 reported. Karpf turned 83 in December but had put off the celebration was he was battling cancer, the report said.

Police Revive Man Found Unconscious, Not Breathing In Hyde Park DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- A man was found unconscious and not breathing in a vehicle in Hyde Park earlier this week, Hyde Park Police said Saturday. Officers Sean Phillips, Jackie Tucker, and Tom Mirabella responded to the incident involving a medical emergency in a vehicle at a location that was not released by police. The officers started CPR and utilized an AED to administer several shocks to the man, who regained a heartbeat and began breathing again, police said.
