Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Cortlandt Teen Tried To Cash Fake Hospital Payroll Check, State Police Say An 18-year-old Cortlandt woman is facing charges after state police say she tried to cash a fake payroll check at a bank in Orange County. State police said they were called to a local bank in the Montgomery region on Wednesday, Jan. 18 where they say Alexandria S. Clarke passed a fictitious check which was purported to be a payroll check from a hospital in Dutchess County.  Had Clarke succeeded in cashing the fraudulent check she would have defrauded the financial institution out of an amount exceeding $1,000 dollars, police said. Metro-North experienced delays on all three lines Friday evening due to congestion caused by an earlier track condition requiring attention in Grand Central Terminal. There were delays of 20 minutes at 7:30 p.m. on the Harlem and New Haven Lines and delays of 15 minutes on the Hudson Line.
