Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

The incident happened around 5 p.m. Sunday,  Jan. 22 outside Sam's Club at 333 Saw Mill River Road (Route 9A) in Elmsford. Flanders Woman Accused Of Hitting Car With Axe During Dispute A woman is facing multiple charges after police say she hit a car with an axe during a dispute. The incidents happened at around 9:15 p.m. Friday, Jan. 20 in Flanders. Southampton Town Police officers responded to a dispute on Evergreen Road.  Upon further investigation, it was determined that Tiffany Norris, age 39, of Flanders, caused damage to a 2015 Nissan Sentra by striking the vehicle with an axe, police said. Woman Killed After Being Struck By Car While Walking Across West Babylon Roadway A woman was killed after being struck by a car while walking across a Long Island roadway overnight. The incident happened Saturday, Jan. 21 at about 6:30 p.m. in West Babylon. The woman was walking across Great East Neck Road, near Evergreen Street, when she was hit by a northbound 2016 Toyota Corolla, Suffolk County Police said.
