Matthew Ingenito was arrested by Sussex County Prosecutors Office Detectives and Byram Township Police Detectives after a court-authorized search of his electronic device revealed he viewed, saved, downloaded, and/or possessed items depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children, Byram Township police said. Paterson Man Convicted Of Sexually Assaulting 10-Year-Old For Two Years: Prosecutor A 54-year-old Paterson man was convicted on Monday, Dec. 2 of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old, authorities said. Cirilo Tello sexually abused the child on multiple occasions between October 2020 and October 2022 at a residence in Paterson, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia Valdes said. The victim's brother was present during the assaults, Valdes said.  A jury convicted Tello of two counts of sexual assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, Valdes said. Tello will be sentenced next month, Valdes said.

Delivery Vehicle Left Running Stolen: Harrison PD A food delivery vehicle that was left running was stolen in Harrison on the evening of Monday, Dec. 2, authorities said. At 7:30 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of Bergen Street where a delivery driver for a local restaurant said he left his vehicle unlocked and running as he delivered food to a customer, Harrison police said. As the delivery driver was at the customers door, a red sedan pulled up near his vehicle, and the suspect exited the red sedan, entered his vehicle, and fled the area, police said.
