Jersey City Man Sexually Assaulted 9-Year-Old Multiple Times: Prosecutors A 28-year-old Jersey City man was arrested on Thursday, Jan. 25 and charged with sexually assaulting a then-9-year-old girl in 2019, authorities said. Nestor Moreno sexually assaulted the girl multiple times, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. He was charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, Suarez said.  He was arrested at the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office and transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility pending his first court appearance, Suarez said.
