NJ Homeowner Refusing To Remove Profanity-Laced Anti-Biden Signs Backed By ACLU A New Jersey homeowner who is refusing to remove profanity-laced anti-Biden signs is being backed by the state's American Civil Liberties Union chapter, local officials confirmed. Andrea Dick was warned by Roselle Park code enforcement officers in June that if she didn't remove her signs in a timely manner, she'd face up to $500 in fines. Man Agrees To Sex With Officer Posing As Girl, 15, In Undercover Berks Sting, Police Say A 40-year-old man who agreed to having sex with an officer posing as a juvenile was arrested in an undercover sting, authorities in Berks County said. Gerardo Lopez responded to an ad placed on sex websites and agreed to meet the 15-year-old girl -- who was actually an undercover detectives -- at a motel for sex, Wyomissing police said. Lopez was arrested July 16, and transported to Central Booking. He was later transferred to Berks County Prison. Charges were filed with District Court.

Seen HER? Police Seek New Brunswick Woman Missing Since July 6 Police are seeking the public's help in located a New Brunswick woman reported missing since Tuesday. Traci Krolik, 40, of New Brunswick, was reported missing on Tuesday, July 6, New Jersey State Police said. She is known to frequent the area of Paul Robeson Boulevard and Throop Avenue in New Brunswick. Traci is described as a white female, 5'0" tall, 130 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes. Irvington Man, 38, Dies 10 Days After Newark Shooting A 38-year-old Irvington man died 10 days after being shot in Newark. Louis Boggs was shot around 9:45 p.m. on the 200 block of Lehigh Avenue, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II, and Newark Public Safety Director Brian A. O’Hara said. Boggs was rushed to University Hospital where he died Thursday, July 22. The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office took over the investigation, which is active and ongoing. Update: Distressed Swimmer, 53, Rescued By Jersey Shore Fishermen Dies A 53-year-old man died after a pair of Jersey Shore boaters tried rescuing him earlier this week, authorities said. Stanley Zagleski III, of Carteret, was rescued by a pair of fisherman who noticed he was struggling in the Shrewsbury River near Bay Avenue around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, New Jersey State Police Sgt.
