Local Grocer To Open Pair Of 16,000-Square-Foot Stores In North Jersey: Report A local grocer is planning a North Jersey expansion with two stores in the works for next year, NorthJersey.com reports. SuperFresh, located in Bloomfield, will expand with a pair of 16,000-square-foot stores on Lexington Avenue in Clifton and Van Houten Avenue in Passaic, the outlet said citing owner Kevin Kim. The markets will boast a large selection of fresh fish, meats, bakery, sushi, flowers, dairy and more, Kim said. 22-Year-Old Driver Seriously Injured In Parkway Crash A 22-year-old Newark man was seriously hurt in a crash on the Garden State Parkway, authorities said. The man was in a Mercedes heading south in East Orange when he collided with a Honda CRV near milepost 148.2 around 1 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 23, New Jersey State Police said. The cars went through the right guardrail and overturned. As a result of the crash the driver of the Mercedes suffered serious injuries. The driver and passenger of the Honda sustained minor injuries.  The crash remains under investigation and there is no additional information available at the moment.

A man later identified as Jonathan Charles Jowi, of no fixed address, was making inappropriate gestures to the children at a mall on Sudley Road in Manassas around 2:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21, Prince William County Police said.
