Details Released In Easter Sunday Plane Crash At Essex County Airport A pilot and his two passengers escaped uninjured when the plane they were flying in ran off a runway and crashed at the Essex County Airport on Easter Sunday, authorities said. The 2020 Citation CJ3 Plus was found at the end of Runway 22 in a drainage brook around 2:40 p.m., Fairfield police said. As police and EMS were arriving, the pilot and two passengers were climbing out, police said. They were identified as a 45-year-old man from Danbury, CT, a 57-year-old man from Poughkeepsie, NY and a 66-year-old man from Bernardsville, the plane's owner. PA Couple Found Dead On Kitchen Floor Easter Sunday A York County couple was found dead on their kitchen floor by a relative early Easter Sunday, authorities said. Judith A. Snyder, 66, and James E. Miller, 76, appeared to be in distress when they were spotted through a window of the S. Pine Street home in Red Lion by a relative around 8:30 a.m., PA State Police Trooper Kevin Kochka said. NJ Prisoner Beats Fellow Inmate Dead, Authorities Say A 29-year-old New Jersey man has been charged in the beating death of a fellow 49-year-old inmate, authorities said. 2 Dead In South Jersey Steamroller Crash: Report Two people died in a crash involving a steamroller Friday, April 15 on Route 73, NJ Advance Media reports citing police.
