Firearm Discharges Through Restaurant Booth In Lehigh County, Couple Flees: Police Police are searching for a couple who fled a restaurant after a firearm discharged into a restaurant booth they were sitting at in Lehigh County. The male was sitting in a booth with a female when the firearm was discharged, traveling through the seat cushion and into the wooden wall of the booth at Miller's Ale House in Hanover Township Dec. 28 around 9:50 p.m., PA State Police Trooper Nathan Branosky said. Mark Ivie Jr., of Ephrata, was convicted of five counts of aggravated assault and multiple other charges after opening fire at a group of men with an AR-15 at his family's home on July 5, the Lancaster County DA said. Baltimore Man Gunned Down 21-Year-Old Victim In Broad Daylight: Police A 25-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the killing of a 21-year-old victim earlier this month in Baltimore. Dorrell Jackson was charged with first-degree murder in the death of Amir Whyee on the 500 block of Random Road Dec. 1 around 2:30 p.m., city police said. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
