Authorities Release Details In Murder Of Jersey City Teen Authorities have released details in the murder of a 16-year-old boy Thursday in Jersey City. Pedro Rodriguez was shot near 600 Communipaw Avenue around 11:45 a.m., Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. He was pronounced dead at the scene about 15 minutes later. "Elizabeth" is an homage to her mom Charlotte Fatoma's grandmother, whom she says is beautiful, kind and caring.
