Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Jon also writes periodically for the Cornell Chronicle.

The dispatcher allegedly transferred charity money granted to EMS volunteers to a PayPal account and spent the money at restaurants, pharmacies and auto stores, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Atlantic City Man, 57, Wounded In Shooting A 57-year-old man from Atlantic City was shot, authorities said. The shooting occurred Tuesday at 5:03 a.m. on the 2500 block of Camarotta Terrace, Atlantic City police said.   The unidentified shooting victim was taken to the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, with a non-life threatening injury, police said. First Responders Called To Serious South Jersey Crash Police, firefighters and EMS crews responded to a serious crash along Route 45 in South Jersey, authorities said.  The crash occurred about 9 a.m. Thursday at Bridgeton Pike (Route 45) and  Monroe Avenue in Mantua Township, Gloucester County, according to initial reports. Police Identify Driver Killed In Central Jersey Crash Police have released the name of the driver killed in a crash on Route 33 in Middlesex County.
