And oh, what a sculpture it was. After watching the news on the Oklahama City bombings, he created a piece based on what he saw. As of April 1, 42 percent of those surveyed by TechBargains.com, a tech-focused deals site, had not filed their taxes; nearly 10 percent, in fact, said they don't intend to until April 15. TechBargains' survey showed that over 75 percent of respondents typically receive a refund, and of that number, almost 50 percent will be receiving a refund of over $1,500.
