Dorothy Zaumseil, 85, Of Norwalk
NORWALK, Conn. -- Dorothy M. Zaumseil, a Norwalk resident, died on Sunday, Dec. 27 at Norwalk Hospital.
Zaumseil was born on Oct. 30, 1930, in Stamford, and was the daughter of Joseph and Anna (Zvonkovich) Mravunac. She graduated from Stamford High School, obtained her bachelor's at the University of Connecticut, where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, and earned her master's degree from the University of New Hampshire.
She was a teacher in Mamaroneck and Penacook, N.H. – finishing her educational career as a guidance counselor in New Hampshire.

Vipin Gaglani, 82, Of Wallington
WALLINGTON, N.J. -- Vipin Gaglani, a Wallington resident, died Thursday, Dec 31. He was 82.
Vipin was born in Aden, Saudi Arabia, on Sept 9, 1933, to Amritlal and Maniben (Sheth) Gaglani. He worked at Bio Reference Labs in Elmwood Park for many years.
Gaglani is survived by his wife, Jyoti Gaglani; daughters Hina Gaglani and Sujata Gaglani-Singhera and her husband Verj Singhera; and grandchildren, Anjali Desai, Veer Singhera and Ria Singhera.
Muriele Brophy, 93, Of Rutherford
RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Muriele Brophy, a Rutherford resident, died Monday Dec. 28. She was 93.
She was born to Martin and Mary Elizabeth Brophy in 1922 in Hoboken. She was a parishioner of the Church of St. Mary in Rutherford and supported a number of charities and organizations. During her career, Brophy was a secretary for Lipton Tea Co. in New Jersey before retiring.

Frank Morizzo Jr., 75, Of Fair Lawn
FAIR LAWN, N.J. -- Frank Morizzo Jr., a Fair Lawn resident, died Thursday, Dec. 31.
Born in Queens, he was a resident of Fair Lawn for over 37 years. Before his retirement, he was a postal worker at the Fair Lawn post office for 35 years. He was a Navy veteran who served during Korea and Vietnam.
Morizzo is survived by his wife, Judith (nee Harvey) Morizzo; his two sons, Scott Kroposki and Shawn Kroposki; his grandson, John Kroposki; and his brother, James Morizzo.

MONTVALE, N.J. -- Karen Holm (Giesenhaus), a Montvale resident, died Tuesday, Dec. 29, after a battle with cancer. She was 52.
Holm was a manager for Sony Corp. of America in Park Ridge for over 20 years.

DUMONT, N.J. -- John J. Considine, of Dumont, died Wednesday, Dec. 30. He was 83.
He was born in Jersey City to the late Nellie (nee Boyle) and Michael Considine. He was an Army veteran, past exalted ruler of Elks Lodge 2475 in Palisades Park and was employed as a photoengraving and production manager at Alexander Engraving, retiring in 1991.
Considine was predeceased by his wife, Helen (Gaffney).
