Ossining Festival 'Dunk A Cop' Gives To Make-a-wish OSSINING, N.Y. -- PBA President Sgt. Aaron Zimmerman and Det. Pete Carpenter presented Make-A-Wish Hudson Valley with a check for $1250, monies raised from the "Dunk a Cop" booth at Saturday's Ossining Village Fair. The booth is a staple at the annual fair run by the Greater Ossining Chamber of Commerce. Fair goer paid $2 to dunk a police officer in uniform into a "PBA Dunk Tank" container of water.
