Regents Approve Tuition Hikes For Connecticut's Colleges FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- College students will be paying more for tuition across Connecticut after the the Board of Regents for Higher Education approved increases Tuesday, according to the Hartford Courant. Tuition will go up by $480 next year at Connecticut's four-year state universities and by $141 at its community colleges, the Hartford Courant reported. NYC Man Accused Of Stealing Sweater From Greenwich Store GREENWICH, Conn. -- A sweater worth $155 allegedly taken by a thief at Richard's on Greenwich Avenue led to a suspect's arrest and a charge of larceny, according to a report in Greenwich Time. The suspect, Thomas Minervino, 65, of Manhattan, has a court date of Monday, the Greenwich Time report said. He is charged with sixth-degree larceny, a misdemeanor, said Greenwich Time.
