Rutherford Introduces $29.8 Million Municipal Budget RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- A $29.8 million 2016 municipal budget was introduced by the Rutherford Borough Council that is less than 1 percent more than the prior year's budget, reported NorthJersey.com.An assessed home of $431,000 would have a tax bill of $3,788, based on the spending plan, said finance chairman Mark O'Connor in the NorthJersey.com story.
