To run for library trustee, it is necessary to get 25 signatures on a petition then file it with the libraries Election Clerk by Wednesday, April 13. Seek extra signatures. Alternate Side Parking In New Rochelle Enforced Again NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- Alternate side of the street parking restrictions in New Rochelle have resumed as of April 1 for streets and portions of streets that were subject to winter suspension from Jan. 1 to March 31. A complete listing of streets is contained in the City Code Article X Schedule 312-84 here. However, parking regulations exist throughout the City for reasons other than to accommodate street sweeping.  The public is advised to carefully review the posted parking restrictions against the list as non-street sweeping related parking regulations will be enforced.
