WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J. - Veteran real estate professionals Carolee Chirico, Antoinette Gangi and Thomas Moore are the top three agents for December with Keller Williams Valley Realty in Woodcliff Lake. Chirico, Gangi and Moore ranked first, second and third, respectively, among their office colleagues in terms of closed sales volume for the month.
Placing first within the office for December was Chirico, with a closed sales volume of $3,972,000 for the month, the third in a row for which she ranked among the office’s top three.

Gas Down 6 Cents In Connecticut, AAA Reports
FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Compared to last week, gas prices have dropped 6 cents, continuing their recent decline in Connecticut, according to the AAA Northeast weekly gas survey.The average gas price is $2.05 per gallon, the survey said. Compared to last month and last year, prices have dropped 14 cents and 32 cents, respectively.
On the national level, the average price is $1.89, down 8 cents compared to last week, 11 cents since last month and 18 cents since last year.

Jeffrey William "Jeff" Van Gundy, a basketball coach and TV analyst, currently a commentator for ESPN, and previously the head coach of the New York Knicks and Houston Rockets, was born Jan. 19, 1962 in Helmet, Calif.
Van Gundy is the son of a basketball coach, Bill Van Gundy, the former head coach at Brockport State University and Genesee Community College.
