Gas Down 6 Cents In Connecticut, AAA Reports FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Compared to last week, gas prices have dropped 6 cents, continuing their recent decline in Connecticut, according to the AAA Northeast weekly gas survey.The average gas price is $2.05 per gallon, the survey said. Danbury Driver Reportedly Drove Erratically Before Being Caught With Drugs DANBURY, Conn. -- A city man allegedly went through a red light and nearly struck vehicles on North Street in Danbury Thursday before being caught with drugs, according to The News-Times.Michael Ramchandani, 36 was charged with two counts of possession of narcotics and one count of reckless driving, driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school, The News-Times said.
