Putnam County Pets Can Get Rabies Vaccination PATTERSON, N.Y. --The Putnam County Department of Health will host a rabies vaccination clinic Saturday, Nov. 7, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., at Brook Farm Veterinary Center, 2371 Route 22 in Patterson. The clinic is open to all Putnam County residents. Participants must bring a photo ID as proof of Putnam County residency, as well as written proof of prior rabies vaccination. Woman Retires After A Half-Century At The New Canaan Library NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- After nearly a half-century of working at the New Canaan Library, town resident Mary Tiani retired recently, according to the New Canaan Advertiser.
