Sip Wine And Sketch Live Model In Danbury
DANBURY, Conn. -- A Sip & Sketch event is being offered by the Western Connecticut State University Departments of Art and Theatre Arts from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16 at Max Wine & Spirits, 40 Mill Plain Road, Danbury. Bridgeport Woman Charged With Stealing Diapers, Energy Drinks In Fairfield
FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- A 47-year-old Bridgeport woman was arrested on shoplifting charges after she left a Fairfield grocery store with nearly $340 worth of items without paying, police said. Mary Paragarino was charged with sixth-degree larceny in the incident at Stop & Shop at 760 Villa Ave. in Fairfield, according to police. Stop & Shop security said Paragarino entered the store, went directly to the baby products aisle and began loading merchandise into reusable bags that were in the carriage, police said.
