No Bond For Gunman Whose Bullet Went Through Living Room Floor In Virginia: Police A 52-year-old man was being held without bond for a shooting in a Prince William County home over the weekend, authorities said. Syed Zaim Ahmed was arguing with a 46-year-old woman at a home on the 9400 block of Smokey Bear Court in Bristow Friday, June 10, when things escalated, county police said. Volunteer Firefighter Wins Smokin' Prize Playing VA Lottery A volunteer firefighter won a smokin' prize playing the Virginia Lottery. Dwight Beane, of Newport News, stared at the Money Stacks ticket telling lottery officials there was "no way this can be a real ticket," a news release reads. Beane bought the ticket at Newport News Family Fare, at 683 J. Clyde Morris Boulevard in Newport News. Money Stacks features prizes ranging from $5 to $200,000. Details Released In Shooting Near Preschool That Brought Police To Arlington Block A 21-year-old man was jailed after his firearm discharged during a fight near an Arlington preschool, bringing a heavy police presence to the scene last week, police said. Husband Kills Wife's Lover Then Himself In Newark Murder-Suicide: Sources A man fatally shot his wife's lover and then himself over the weekend in Newark, sources tell Daily Voice.
