The 45-year-old Hawthorne resident — who shone as an icon in Latin and ballroom dancer globally — died on Tuesday, May 30, embraced by her family, according to her obituary. Garbage Truck Driver Ejected, Killed In Parkway Crash Police have identified the garbage truck driver killed in a crash on the Garden State Parkway. Bayville resident David Mello, Jr., 56, was heading south in a Peterbilt 320 garbage truck when he ran off the road to the right near milepost 82.8 in Toms River, around 1:20 p.m. Friday, June 9, New Jersey State Police Sgt. Bar Fight Leaves Man, 31, Dead In Montgomery County: DA A fight that broke out at a Montgomery County bar ultimately left a 31-year-old man dead overnight, prompting a homicide investigation, police said.
