Brothers Who Jumped From 'Jaws' Bridge 'Destined For Great Things': GoFundMe A GoFundMe created to raise money for the two Jamaican brothers who jumped from the American Legion Memorial Bridge on Martha's Vineyard earlier this week said they were "destined to make an impact in every community they served." Tavaughn Bulgin, 21, and Tavaris Bulgin, 26, jumped from the bridge made famous in the movie "Jaws" on Sunday night, Aug. 14, with two friends. The brothers never resurfaced. No Jail Time For Ex-tsa Union Leader From Lynn Who Stole Dues For Personal Use: Feds Authorities announced this week that the former local union leader for the men and women who handle airport security would not face prison time for using the group's money for personal expenses. Marie LeClair, 59, of Lynn, was sentenced to three years probation and six months of home arrest, and she must repay the nearly $30,000 she took from the union, the U.S. Attorney's Office said this week. Police ID Worcester State Hoops Star, Father As Pedestrian Killed on I-290, GoFundMe Created Worcester police said identified the man who died in a hit-and-run crash along I-290 late Saturday night, Aug. 13, as a former star basketball star and father of a 4-year-old boy. Jamal Mustapha, 27, was a standout player on the court at Doherty High School, where he graduated in 2013, reports said. Ipswich Man, 70, Killed After Intentionally Stepping In Front Of Train: MBTA A 70-year-old Ipswich died Tuesday morning, Aug. 16, after authorities said he intentionally stepped in front of an oncoming train. The man was walking along MBTA property off of Linebrook Road around 9 a.m. when he stepped onto the tracks and stood in the way of the train, MBTA officials said in an email to Salem News. He was still alive when officers arrived, and they provided what medical aid they could until paramedics rushed him to Beverly Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead when he arrived, Ipswich police said.
