45-Year-Old Dracut Man Busted Selling Fentanyl Out Of His Car: Police A 45-year-old Dracut man was arrested and charged last week with selling fentanyl out of his car at work, authorities said.  Kelvin Sanchez Baez faces charges after police said they saw him selling the drug out of a black Honda Civic at 95 Main St. on Tuesday, Aug. 16. Police arrested him two days later, the Tewksbury Police Department said.  Sanchez Baez will be arraigned on charges of Distribution of a Class A Drug Friday, Aug. 26, in Lowell District Court, police said.

Authorities ID 28-Year-Old Father Shot, Killed In Boston: Police Boston police recently identified the 28-year-old man who died in a shooting last week in the South End area of the city.  Dion Ruiz was found around 10 p.m. on Aug. 13 near 58 West Dedham Street with a gunshot wound, Boston police said. Methuen Teen, Beverly Man, 71, Drown In Separate NH Incidents: Reports Two Massachusetts men died within hours of one another in separate drownings in New Hampshire this weekend.  Victor Rosado-Rosario, 19, of Methuen, died just after noon on Saturday, Aug. 21, while swimming at Profile Falls in Bristol, according to WCVB. Rosado-Rosario went underwater near the falls and got trapped behind them. Fires Burns More Than 2 Dozen Acres In Marlborough: Firefighters Heavy smoke blanketed a large swath of Marlborough over the weekend as a brush fire burned more than two dozen acres of land.  The fire began just before noon on Friday, Aug. 19, about a mile from Concord Road, the Marlborough Fire Department said in a Facebook post. Crews from Marlborough Sudbury and Hudson Fire departments battled the blaze throughout the weekend until they put it out on Sunday.  The conflagration consumed 25 acres of woods, the fire department said.
