Justin Love, 25, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 14 after police searched a home and his vehicle, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer announced on Thursday, Feb. 15. His arrest came after a two-month-long investigation. U.S. Marshals, state police, and several township police departments began surveillance on Love in December 2023.
