Egg Harbor Township police said officers responded to the crash on Steelmanville Road in the Scullville section at around 6:34 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 6.  Neil Burman, 68, was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators said a 38-year-old man from Egg Harbor Township was driving a 2011 Dodge Ram south on Steelmanville Road near Beaver Drive.
