70 Shots Fired Near Central PA Barber Shop: Police Approximately 70 shots were fired into a barber shop in Lancaster city on Nov. 2022 at 2:09 a.m., police say. The Lancaster City Bureau of police was called to the DC Dior Cuts 648 East Walnut Street in Lancaster city for reports of gunshots in the area.
