Man Shot Dead By Pennsylvania State Police A man has been shot dead by Pennsylvania state police in Allegheny County on Monday, Oct. 31, authorities say. State police were called to "an incident in the area of Shamrock Lane in Fawn Township," Trooper Black said in a statement around 7:40 a.m. "PSP encountered an armed subject, at which time the subject presented a firearm. Amelya Feliz Williams did not return home from Wilson Middle School after dismissal on Friday, Oct. 28, the police stated in a release just before 6 p.m. Williams is described as a Black girl, approximately 4'11" tall, weighing 125 lbs. She was last seen wearing glasses, a light blue sweater with a hot pink shirt underneath.
