Deadly Tractor-Trailer Crash On I-81 Closes All Lanes In Central PA For 10 Miles A deadly crash involving a tractor-trailer has closed all lanes along a stretch of Interstate 81 in central Pennsylvania, according to the Pennsylvania department of transportation. The shutdown is between Exit 100: PA 443 - PINE GROVE and Exit 90: PA 72 - LEBANON starting at 8:17 a.m. on Friday, July 15, PennDOT says. The crash is fatal and involves a van and a tractor-trailer, according to Schuykill County emergency dispatchers.
