The crash happened by the exit for Exit: PA 741 - MILLERSVILLE/ROHRERSTOWN in East Hempfield Township at 10:46 a.m., authorities say. The box truck involved was supposedly hit in the side and split open, spilled its unknown contents unto the roadway, dispatchers say.
