Pennsylvania Files Lawsuit Against 3 Counties, Board Of Elections Responds A lawsuit has been filed by the Pennsylvania Department of State against Lancaster, Berks, and Fayette counties. The lawsuit was filed in Commonwealth Court on Tuesday, July 12. Cancer Causing Weed Killer Found In Most Americans' Urine, Study Says Monsanto, a weed killer known for causing cancer, was discovered in the urine of most Americans, according a multi-agency government study. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention program, the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey collected urine samples from participants ages six and up and found glyphosate in 1,885 of 2,310 samples, according to the study results. All Lanes Closed As Box Truck Spills Load On US 30 In Central PA A multi-vehicle crash involving a box car has closed all eastbound lanes of US Route 30 on Monday, July 11, according to the Pennsylvania department of transportation. The crash happened by the exit for Exit: PA 741 - MILLERSVILLE/ROHRERSTOWN in East Hempfield Township at 10:46 a.m., authorities say. The box truck involved was supposedly hit in the side and split open, spilled its unknown contents unto the roadway, dispatchers say.
