Man ID'd Following Unattended Death Investigation In Waynesboro: Police A 59-year-old man was found dead in Waynesboro on Independence Day. Waynesboro police were called to "an unattended death" at 213A Elder Avenue around 3 p.m. on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, according to a release the following morning. Man Found Unresponsive In PA Pool ID'd: Coroner A 71-year-old man who was found unresponsive in his Central Pennsylvania pool over the weekend has been identified, authorities said. Richard B. Flickinger was found in the pool at his home on the 3100 block of Grandview Road in Penn Township, around 7:45 p.m. on Saturday, July 1, York County Coroner Pamela Gay said.
