Allentown Woman's Alleged Killer Told 911 She Shot Herself: Authorities A 21-year-old man is charged with the shooting death of Sian Cartagena, according to authorities. Ethan Nicholas Bastien, 21, of Allentown, has been in custody since Monday, Oct. 2, city police said. Investigators claim Bastien was the only other person at 2010 W. Green St. when Cartagena was found with a gunshot wound to the head around 5:30 a.m. that morning. Bastien allegedly called 911 and said that the 18-year-old had shot herself. Seen This Car? Driver Sought In Fatal Philly Hit-Run Police in Philadelphia are looking for the driver who they say caused a deadly accident last Friday, Oct. 6, and fled the scene. It happened around 6:30 a.m. at the corner of Frankford Avenue and East Ontario Street, PPD said. Shooting Victim Found Wrapped In Tarp In His Own Car: Philadelphia Police Detectives in Philadelphia are investigating after a man was found dead in the trunk of his own car on Sunday afternoon, Oct. 8. The victim's friend called police to the 400 block of North 5th Street in Northern Liberties around 3:30 p.m., authorities said.
