PA Man Drove Off In Walmart Truck With $75K In Stolen Goods: Police A North Wales man is accused of stealing a tractor-trailer from an area Walmart, Hilltown police say.  Timothy Morvin, 38, allegedly made off with $74,705.56 worth of merchandise on Jan. 16, the department said.  Police issued a warrant for his arrest after an "extensive investigation" and he was arraigned last Monday, Sept. 25, according to state court filings.  Morvin is due in court for a preliminary hearing on Nov. 9.

Somerset Fugitive Charged With Attempted Murder Caught In PA: Prosecutors A Somerset County man accused of five counts of attempted homicide was arrested in Easton, Pennsylvania last week, according to authorities.  Cristobal Avila, 32, of Plainfield, is also charged with unlawful weapon possession related to an April 2021 incident in North Plainfield, said the Prosecutor's Office. Wanted Man Sought After Leaving PA Hospital: Authorities A man who police say has an active arrest warrant walked out of Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital on Friday morning, Oct. 6 and has not been seen since, according to authorities.  Justin Panzullo of Upper Darby is wanted for assault in another jurisdiction, said Darby police.  Officials believe he left the hospital around 11:30 a.m. and was last seen near 1436 Lansdowne Avenue.
