Woman Shot Dead In Allentown: Coroner A 35-year-old woman was shot and killed in Allentown early Friday morning, Sept. 29.  The unnamed victim was shot around 2 a.m. on the 600 block of North Law Street, the Lehigh County Coroner's Office said. Her death was ruled a homicide.  An autopsy is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 2.  Allentown police and Lehigh County detectives are investigating in addition to the Coroner's Office.  Officials said they have identified the victim but are withholding her name so family members can grieve privately.

Man Stabs Juvenile At Skate Park: Perkasie Police A 19-year-old in Perkasie is accused of stabbing a youth at a borough park, authorities say.  Nikolas Lore was arrested Monday, Sept. 25, and charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, and weapon possession, according to police.  It happened at the Lenape Skate Park on Constitution Avenue and the victim was taken to Grandview Hospital, the department said.  Police said Lore and the victim knew each other.  The 19-year-old was held in lieu of $150,000 bail and ordered to stay away from both the skate park and the victim, they added.

Cop Injured In Philadelphia Crash; Driver In Custody A city police officer is injured and a driver is in custody after a car crash in Philadelphia early Thursday, Sept. 28, authorities say.  It happened on the 5000 block of Kershaw Street in West Philly, around 2 a.m., the department told Daily Voice.  The officer was taken to Roxborough Hospital where he is "expected to be treated and released," while the other driver was taken to Presbyterian Hospital in stable condition, they said.  The driver is being "held as a prisoner" but police did not detail the charges.  The crash remains under investigation, they added. …
