Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Jon also writes periodically for the Cornell Chronicle.

Four students and the driver of the bus were not hurt, according to New Jersey State Police.  The crash occurred at 7:17 a.m.on Main Street in Lawrence Township, said Sgt. The suspect fled with unspecified items on a bicycle, police said. He was described as a white or Hispanic male wearing a yellow or light green jacket. Motorcyclist, 68, Killed In South Jersey Crash: Police A 68-year-old motorcycle rider from Atlantic County was killed in a weekend crash, authorities said. Gorman Carey of Estell Manor crashed on Sunday, Feb. 27 near Harding Highway and Walkers Forge Road in Mays Landing, according to Hamilton Township police. Carey was pronounced dead at the crash scene, police said. The crash is currently under investigation by the Township of Hamilton Police Department. The Atlantic County Medical Examiner’s Office assisted on scene.
